have made a parts sales agency contract with Doosan Engine as from Jan. 24th, 2014 on behalf of Dongjin. According to the contract, we, Dubheco, implement our parts sales busi-
ness for the existing customers of Dongjin including potential customers from now on.
All responsibilities and rights of Dongjin as parts sales agency of Doosan Engine will be taken over to us. So, we, Dubheco, will embark upon the new business activity regarding the
supply of genuine spare parts as an authorized parts sales agency of Doosan Engine.
